The Short Message Service Center (SMSC) enables subscribers to
send and receive messages in a Cellular network. The product supports
Message storage, Point-to-Point, Mobile Terminated Short Message
Service (SMS-PP/MT). This product is being enhanced to support
Mobile originated messages also. The product can be interfaced
with multi-vendor Mobile Switching centers (MSCs) over SS7 link;
it can work with Gateway as well as non-Gateway MSCs.
