Workplace Design
The workplace design and interiors are designed to
international standards, with emphasis on service design and
zero downtime to the frontline executives.
Electrical System
The design of the electrical system is to ensure power availability
at all times and is extremely secure and has built-in redundancy
at multiple levels.

- High Tension dedicated Power supply system from the grid
- Multiple levels of back-up including UPS, Diesel generators
- One Diesel generator set on standby, at all times
- Auto mains failure (AMF) panels for automatic switching
Security
HughesBPO facility deploys comprehensive physical security
and data security to ensure that all customer processes, data
and services are secure and protected at all times.
This includes:
- Security controlled building access - Access to
the facilities is controlled to ensure that only authorized
employees, and visitors are allowed access. Access to the
facilities is restricted through the usage of Proximity
Cards to ensure only authorized persons are allowed to enter
a specific area.
- Video surveillance - Closed Circuit TVs (CCTVs)
have been installed for continuous monitoring under the
supervision of a security manager
- Security guards - Security guards are stationed
at all crucial locations
Fire Detection and Suppression System
- An intelligent fire detection and alarm system with microprocessor-based
fire alarm control panels
- Fire sprinklers as per regulatory (National Building Code
NBC) requirements
- Server rooms equipped with gas-flooding system FM 200
- Fire tanks and fire hydrants are provided as per NBC requirements
