Our BPO facility is located in Gurgaon, a satellite town
of New Delhi, the capital of India. The region is a hub for
Call center and BPO companies, with nearly 45% of Indian call
centers being located in the region. Gurgaon, as a part of
the National Capital Region (NCR), has various advantages
over other Indian cities. With New Delhi hosting various defense
and other government establishments, there is a large workforce
of IT savvy and English speaking individuals. Gurgaon also
has best-of-breed public telecommunications infrastructure
to enable the call center & BPO industry to thrive with
minimal concerns over service outages and disruptions.
