Benefits

At Aricent we bring together the best people and the best ideas. To show how much we value our employees' contributions, we offer some of the best rewards in the industry - a comprehensive package that adds up to a lot more than just a paycheck.

Company Lease for Residential Accomodation

To facilitate employees in getting housing on rent, lease agreements between Aricent and owners of the houses for stay of the employees are possible.

Car Plan

Car plan is available to all employees as a part of the Flexible Benefit Plan (FBP) to provide the convenience in commuting based on our flexible working hours practice.

Medical Insurance Policy

Aricent provides for Group Mediclaim and Personal Accident Insurance coverage. The Group Mediclaim policy insures employees and dependant family members against expenses incurred on hospitalisation. Personal Accident Insurance policy covers the employees for death and disablement arising out of accidents.

Provident Fund

Retiral benefits include the Provident Fund. Aricent maintains the "Aricent Limited Employees Provident Fund Trust". All employees are covered under the scheme from day one of their service with Aricent. Withdrawals and loans are permitted under some special cases subject to the P.F. Trust guidelines.

Gratuity

The company has a Group Gratuity Policy (with the LIC of India) for providing gratuity benefits to its employees. The employee becomes eligible for gratuity benefits under the scheme after completion of one year of employment. The gratuity will be equivalent to fifteen days salary based on 22 days per month for each completed year of service.

Internal Job Posting Program (IJPP)

IJPP is an internal hiring program, which is designed to give employees the flexibility to choose their areas of interest in the future. The process results in a new activity and job profile for the employee applicant.

Policy on Self Development

The company encourages employees to undertake educational programs to enhance their professional skills. Employees who want to undertake further studies may discuss their educational plan with their supervisor and the HR team. An employee becomes eligible for the same after one year of employment at Aricent.
