We have a career section on our site, where you can check
out our current openings to find a profile that matches with
yours. In the current openings section, you can click on the
Apply now button to mail
us your resume. Depending on your profile and the current
openings you will either be called for a written test
or an interview.

Is there any on-the-job training?
In order to provide the right type of orientation, learning
and information to new employees we have a strong and focussed
orientation program in the first 6 months called New Employee
Orientation (NEO). For engineering freshers we have a training
program called Oasis. And experienced new joinees are exposed
to various training programs on new skills as and when required.
