Working at Aricent (formerly Flextronics Software Systems) for the last couple of years has been no doubt the best part of my professional career. With its profound focus on customer satisfaction (or should I say, customer delight) and technical excellence, Aricent has provided a wealth of opportunities to its employees to excel and feel important in whatever function they perform. This coupled with a highly transparent and open culture makes Aricent an excellent organization to work in.

The Human Resources and Administration functions take good care of employees' personal as well as professional needs, which go a long way in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the employee output. What is also admirable about working at Aricent is the balance that one can maintain between the work life and the family life. All said and done, being an Aricentian has moved up my lifestyle a level higher.

I joined Aricent (formerly Flextronics Software Systems) in June 1996, after working in Telecommunications R&D for more than eight years. I was looking for a place that could make the most of my experience on one hand and give me opportunities for learning and growth on the other. Aricent has provided me the right set of assignments. Over the last few years, I have worked on several Aricent product developments and interacted with numerous customers, and handled small to very large teams. It has been a right mix of technical learning, customer, project and people management. Looking back, it has been most satisfying.

At times the work is been pretty demanding but still the openness and flexibility allows you to strike the right balance between work and home. Also not only do we work hard we have our share of fun too. The atmosphere in Aricent motivates you to give your best.

It has been a great experience working at Aricent (formerly Flextronics Software Systems) for more than five years now, and I have truly enjoyed and cherished every moment of it. Aricent provides an excellent environment, lot of flexibility and open culture for an individual to enjoy, grow, prosper, and excel in multiple fields. There has been a lot of learning at work - working with some of the key technical specialists functioning on the cutting-edge technology and many leaders who are your role models too. At Aricent, it is an overall development of an individual-there is an opportunity to participate not just in technical but lot of extracurricular activities, sports and cultural events and activity groups, which help in building personal relations, keeps you energetic and at times helps ease out the pressure at work. My desire to be a part of Aricent (formerly Flextronics Software Systems) goes back a long time to 1996, when I had come to Aricent for the first time applying for the six months' training. Finally, I joined Aricent in June 1999 and in the last few years, I have learnt a lot, which has helped me grow and contribute more to Aricent. Growing professionally in an IT industry requires a healthy working environment, and Aricent has provided me with that, be it quality management, superb infrastructure, and a team of excellent colleagues to work with. My supervisors have helped me in providing me opportunities, support, and infallible guidance, which have helped and inspired me to contribute my best. I am thoroughly enjoying every moment of my stay at Aricent. I look forward to being a part of Aricent in the coming years, and see Aricent grow further.
