Key Subscriber Functions and Features

• Universal Language Support: supports all languages, including the GSM and UCS2 character sets.
  
• Delivery Notifications and Retry: sends a confirmation of message receipt to sender or retries if undelivered
  
• User Identification: all messages will contain a header comprising sender's phone number
