HSS has featured for the second year in a row in Business Today's Best Employers List. The survey, conducted by the international people practices consulting house, Hewitt Associates, is now a yearly feature in Business Today magazine, India's leading business fortnightly.
Coming close after winning the Award for the Organization with the most innovative HR practices at the India HRD Congress, and the CIO Award for Excellence in Human Resource Development, the BT- Hewitt recognition (among the top 4 IT companies) gives us the hat trick.

Using IT to Create a Vibrant Organization

A comprehensive network of applications and interfaces accessible to employees at all locations from the Intranet, 'Anthra' have enhanced managerial and employee productivity. Additionally, it has facilitated in spreading, building and enhancing culture, recognizing and rewarding excellence, building bonds and relationships, while performing the primary function of providing ease and efficiency to employees and managers from their desktops.

Among the first Indian Software Companies to receive a recommendation for the Information Security Management System (ISMS) certification in terms of International Standard BS 7799-2, HSS has successfully marshaled and channelise IT into building a savvy business organization.

HSS has been listed among the 25 best employers in India in a survey conducted by Hewitt Associates and Business Today, India's leading business magazine. About 204 companies across more than 15 industry Groups participated in the study and data was collected from more than 52,000 employees.

The study identified best employers in India by analyzing leading HR systems and philosophies and determines how these effectively meet employee needs and drive business results. The selection of the companies was based on several factors including degree of employee satisfaction, depth and breadth of HR practices and their alignment to business content.
