Hughes Software to ramp up BPO division

Hughes Software's business process outsourcing (BPO) division is planning to add about 120 people over the next three months.

Along with this, the parent company Hughes Software has also ramped up its Japan operations by converting its sales and support office there to a branch office.

The company has, among others, NEC as a major client in Japan.
Japan currently contributes less than 10% to the revenue.
The BPO division has Hughes Network Systems, HSS' parent, as the only client.
