With effect from 7 November 2003
Hughes Software Systems has announced that it has closed
the transaction of acquisition of Tenet Technologies Private
Ltd (Tenet) on 7 November 2003. Tenet has become a subsidiary
of Hughes Software Systems effective 7 November 2003.
The nominees of the company have been inducted on the board
of Tenet.
