Software company Hughes Software Systems (HSS) today announced
an alliance with QNX Software Systems to offer integrated
solutions in the telecom market.
The partnership brings together QNX's technology with HSS'
protocol stacks for convergent networks, together offering
integrated solutions to the Original Equipment Manufacturers
(OEM) in the telecom space.
"HSS' comprehensive suite of protocol stacks on the
QNX operating system offers network equipment providers a
powerful way to develop new high performance products across
diverse platforms for a wide range of telecom markets,"
HSS Assistant vice-president (business development - mobile
networks group), Anita Gupta said.
