Hughes Software Systems announces the launch of its SIP
Server Framework at VON Spring 2002
The HSS SIP Server Framework enables Telecom equipment
vendors to implement new and exciting SIP based Applications

Hughes Software Systems (HSS), specialists in convergent
network software and a leading supplier of SIP Technology
solutions, today announced the launch of its SIP
Server Framework at VON Spring being held at Seattle WA.
Targeted at carrier, 3G and enterprise networks, the HSS
SIP
Server is a "ready to run" Proxy, Registrar,
Redirect and Lookup server. Its superior architectural flexibility
makes it an ideal fit for core routers, 3G Call Servers and
other SIP based network elements.
In addition, it offers a rich set of reusable components
which can be combined in a plug and play fashion to implement
new and exciting SIP based Application Servers including services
based on Back to Back User Agent models, Presence and more.
The HSS SIP
Server Framework, targeted at the Telecom equipment vendors
is available in its Source code form and comes with a comprehensive
support package. HSS' participation in technology forums and
bake-off events and alliances with leading board and platform
makers has ensured the maturity of its solutions.
