Flextronics Software Systems joins Westell's
Application Partner Program for MediaStation™ Solution
- Westell to use FSS' SIP Phone Toolkit to enable Triple
Play services on its Broadband MediaStation products
Gurgaon, India, 30 March 2006 - Flextronics Software Systems
(FSS), formerly Hughes Software Systems, a global end-to-end
communication solutions provider, today announced that Westell
Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: WSTL) has chosen FSS as a valued
partner in it's Application Partner Program for the MediaStation
product line. Westell's Broadband MediaStations are interactive
home gateway devices that enable service providers to bundle
multiple content and communication services.
Westell is a leading provider of intelligent, carrier-class,
broadband access products, gateways and conferencing services.
As a part of this agreement, Westell will use FSS' feature
rich, high performance and widely interoperable SIP
Phone Toolkit product to develop next-generation
telecommunication solutions for carriers, service providers
and business enterprises worldwide.
