Software Systems announces Q2 Results
October 13, 2004, New Delhi - Hughes Software Systems
(HSS) has announced the financial results for the quarter
ended September 30, 2004. In this second quarter of
FY 2004-05, the company registered sales of Rs. 1,178
million, netting a growth of 39% over the corresponding
quarter of the previous year. Profit after tax for the
same period stood at Rs. 256 million, an increase of
51% over the corresponding period last year. The basic
EPS of the company also performed admirably, rising
by 49% to Rs. 7.52. The HSS Board of Directors approved
these results at a meeting held in Gurgaon today.

July 27, 2004, New Delhi - Hughes Software Systems (HSS)
has announced the financial results for the quarter
ended June 30, 2004. In this first quarter of FY 2004-05,
the company showed sales of Rs. 1,083 million, netting
a growth of 42% over the corresponding quarter of the
previous year. Profit after tax for the same period
stood at Rs. 247 million, an increase of 63% over the
corresponding period last year. While 18 new customers
were added in the quarter, the basic EPS of the company
also performed admirable, rising by 61% to Rs. 7.28.
The HSS Board of Directors approved these results at
a meeting held in New Delhi.

- Flextronics, The DIRECTV Group, and Hughes Network
Systems today announced that Flextronics will acquire
the entire Hughes Network Systems' ownership stake of
fifty-five percent (55%) in Hughes Software Systems.

(HSS) announced the financial results for the quarter
and the fiscal year ended March 31, 2004, today. A growth
of 57% in Sales over the corresponding quarter last
year has been noted. The Record Total Income is Rs.
1030 Million and the Profit After Tax is Rs. 212 Million,
a growth of 54% over corresponding quarter last year.
The HSS Board of Directors approved these results at
a meeting held in New Delhi on April 12, 2004.

in Israel

Technologies to deploy the HSS Mediation Systems for
Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) network of HOT Telecom,
a leading telecom service provider in Israel. HOT Telecom
