Voice over Packet
Aricent's SIP Network
Server (SIP NS) enables Telecom Service Providers (TSPs)
introduce vendor-independent solutions and quickly deploy
value-added services, such as prepaid, video, P2P, and hosted
telephony (Centrex). Apart from using Aricent's SIP NS to easily
deploy such services, TSPs can also use it as a high performance
access VoIP Server, appurtenant to a softswitch to handle
subscriber traffic. This reduces softswitch capacity requirements
and the total switching infrastructure cost.

solution - an integral part of the VoIP network and supports
