Founded in 1981, Creative Electronic Systems,
SA (CES) designs and manufactures board-level
and system-level products in three areas: Telecommunications,
Aerospace and High-Energy Physics. CES is a subsidiary
of MRV Communications, Inc (NASDAQ: MRVC). Since
1998, CES has been awarded major leading North
American (e.g. Lucent and Nortel Networks) and
European (e.g. Ericsson) programs in the 3G cellular
industry by being able to deliver ATM transport
solutions for UMTS Node B and RNC elements (e.g.
