In case of maintenance projects, Aricent has developed a 'Health Index' framework to track the progress and SLA compliance of the projects. This index is based on the various individual measures like turnaround ratio, reporting rate, ageing of problems and closing ratio. It also has an analysis facility, which guides the project manager in correlating the trend of these measures to the progress of the project. Some screen shots of this tool is given below:
