Using different means (brainstorming, risk database, risk
profiling, etc.), risks are identified and entered into a
risk management tool. Different parameters (probability, impact,
control, risk exposure, risk duration, risk category, etc.)
are identified for each risk. These parameters help in prioritizing
and mitigating the risks. This database is updated on periodic
basis.
