We believe each stakeholder of the project can add value in identifying the risks. We have designed a structure questionnaire based on SEI taxonomy of risks. Each team member and other stakeholder answers the comprehensive survey form to highlight issues and concerns related to different areas (requirement, design, coding, people, motivation, infrastructure, etc.). Aricent has designed a risk-profiling tool, which takes survey results as input and automatically generates a comprehensive report highlighting strengths & weaknesses in each area. It also helps in knowing the probability of meeting the agreed delivery date
