GCF Pre-Certification Testing
provides qualified pre-conformance testing, type approvals,

Field Testing

for field-testing GSM/GPRS mobile handsets.

and other live network features. While the focus of field
tests is handling of voice calls, the performance of the handset
near the seashore, while driving at different speeds, and
handing over between MSCs of the same operator are also being
tested apart from the roaming features.

from the system architecture to integrating the physical layer
with the higher layers and testing with RF. It includes the
